    The edit page in the back end shows a white blank screen with the Essential Addons plug in activated. If i deactivate the plugin, then the page would load fine.
    A new page is also opening fine with the plug in activated.
    The page i am trying with has a template saved. I checked at the error logs and pasting below if it helps.
    PHP: showing 1 of 1
    PHP: 2020-04-10 09:11:55 [notice X 66][/home/mhrtor2pb2w1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/api.php::160] Undefined index: pro_widgets [array (
    ‘trace’ => ‘
    #0: Elementor\Core\Logger\Manager -> shutdown()
    ‘,
    )]

    I am new to all this. Kindly assist and ask for any information required.

    Hi @digisahil1, My sincere apologies for the delayed response.I am really sorry to hear about the issue you are facing. Well, as you already noticed that a new page is opening fine with Essential Addons, so the template might be the reason here. Save template feature is from elementor. The error log message is also indicating that the error is generating from elementor. https://prnt.sc/rx9rms

    Low memory could be the other reason behind it. You can also check back again after trying this: https://wpdeveloper.net/troubleshoot-preview-loading-error-elementor/

    It would be great if we could check your website to get a proper solution on this.

    As i checked on the memory under wp-admin -> Elementor -> System Info, It is 256M.
    Kindly suggest if the memory is required to be increased.

    I would be happy to share the back end credentials with you so you could check. Where can i share them?
