• Just did a manual upgrade to 4.5. Using theme “WordPress Theme Number” (yes, that’s correct, there’s no actual number). Website is about four years old with this theme. Now I cannot edit our pages. Widgets don’t load for editing. I’ve read many support entries trying to find a fix. I deactivated all plugins and still cannot edit. I’m worried that it’s theme-related. We spent a lot of time creating this site based on this theme. I don’t want to change the theme. Can someone tell me if this theme is no longer supported or if there’s a known issue or if there’s a solution? Thanks.

  • Hi michelleleonard. This is from your theme css file. You might try contacting the author:

Thanks, bdbrown. I attempted, but Template-Help.com is not a website where I can contact anyone. I signed up to be able to submit a ticket and was promised a confirmation email, which I have not received. I’m not holding out much hope for a response. I need help elsewhere.

Unfortunately, these forums are for support of themes available in the www.ads-software.com repository. Since that’s a commercial theme, it’s not going to be supported here. If you need to hire someone, here’s one place you could check:
