Edit pages/ Bulk editing

  • having an issue when i am trying to edit ONLY pages through the wp-admin panel. When i click “quick edit” it sends it to be a draft. When i click the drop down and click “bulk edit” it saves it as a draft, and i dont get an option to change this.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, or a link to go to where i can learn to fix this issue, been using google all night trying to find similar problems, i have reset all the wordpress files, still nothing. With luck it may just be a quick database fix. Again any help will be GREATLY thanked for.

  • Did you try editing the page on the full edit panel? There should be an option on the right hand side called ‘Publish’ that lets you change the status of the page.

    yes, i can do that. But i have to edit a mass amount of pages 400+ so id like to find out how to fix this. Worst comes to worst i may have to do that ??
