Edit Permalink Button Not Working

Hi,

I’m trying to change a permalink on an existing page, but the edit button in my administration in not working for some odd reason. I haven’t had any other issues like this until today, and I’ve been working on the site for a couple of weeks.

Any ideas?

If it helps, this is the page. I would like to shorten the slug a bit.
