Yes you can edit post from frontend. Create a new Page “Edit” for editing posts and insert shortcode [wpuf_edit]. After creating the page please navigate to wp user frotned->others and set your edit page.

    Thank you ??

Thank for that, but I would like the “edit” button to get me to the WP User Frontend editor if I’m editing an post (or article ? I don’t know how it is called in english), and to get me to the standard back-end editor if I’m editing a page (I mean, a static page)

This is linked to the concern that, when I’m editing a static page, WP User Frontend ask me to chose a category (while there is no category on my pages. But I want to have category on my post). There is also a tag field (idem).
So I’d like to see these field only while creating/editing post (or article. I mean not a static page). Or disable WPUF for static pages.

    Hello,

To get WP User Frontend editor please navigate to wp user frotned->others->Override the post edit link = Yes.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

To disable category for page and tag field please navigate to wp user frotned->Frontend Posting-> unchecked “Allow to choose category?” and “Allow post tags”

    Thank you.

Thank you, but still not what I want.
I want user to be able to chose the category when creating a new post
What I say is that it is absurd to be able to choose a category when editing a static page (pages are not post. They don’t have categories).
Maybe WPUF is not what I’m looking for : a plug-in that sees the difference between posts and pages
