    Hi Aurovrata,

I am having issues on the WP Dashboard (Backend) regarding the mapped forms, the previously submitted forms were creating new posts instead of overwriting the original post.

When a previously submitted form was loaded back to the form, submitting it makes a new entry instead of overwriting the original posts data.

Previously it works properly, but after the updates, the feature was broken on my site.

    Please help

I ran a couple of tests on my machine and found a small bug, but I doubt this is the reason for your issue. How are you re-loading your forms? By default the plugin will only reload/resave draft forms that are saved using the ‘Save draft’ button. However, once submitted (with the submit button), the form will not be reloaded, and subsequent submissions are saved as new posts. This default behaviour can be changed (see faq #23).

    Hi Aurovrata,

I reload the form by unchecking the form submitted checkbox.
Then press the Save as Draft button, this will reload the form value back when the user logs in.
Logs in the user that submitted the form, try to commit some changes on the form, resubmits the form, then it created another draft post when it should not.

Thank you for clearing out that when posts are published the reloaded form will set a new post, I am good with the default.

    Please help.

you just need to uncheck the submitted checbox. Do you have more than 1 posts per user?

Please note that if your user has more than 1 submitted forms/post in the back-end, the plugin only checks the most recent one, and if you did not uncheck the submitted checkbox then it will not be reloaded. As mentioned in my earlier post, this default behaviour can be changed.

I again ran some test on and I cannot reproduce your error.
