The error message you’re receiving indicates that there’s an issue with changing the currency of a product. This could be due to a setting on Facebook’s end, as Facebook does not allow the currency of a product to be changed once it has been set.

Just to clarify, when did the issue start occurring? Was it after installing the multicurrency plugin, or otherwise?

Furthermore, I noticed the WP Rollback plugin in the site’s list of active plugins. How possible is it that the issue started after reverting code to previously released versions?

Kindly note that Lebanese pound appears to not be among Facebook’s supported currencies, and the site at https://adnantakkoush.com seems to have all its products in Lebanese pound. Below is a screenshot, for reference.

If your WooCommerce default currency is not on this list, some folks have had success temporarily changing their currency to a supported one (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) to connect and then changing it back afterwards.

Everything used to work fine for several years even with the multicurrency plugin installed i have discovered this issue recently while trying to edit one of the products.

Yes LBP is my default frontend currency and USD is my backend currency and I can see LBP currency are reflected correctly into my catalogue on Facebook so in the debug logs i can also see 200 responses which are a successful sync but only editing existing products returns 400 bad request.

I have also noticed that the successful 200 sync in the logs are showing the ”currency”:”LBP” in the raw data while editing the product is showing ”currency”:”USD”

Which reverting are you pointing to? you mean to revert facebook for woocommerce plugin to previous version and try the product editing?

Thanks for sharing the screenshots of what you are seeing on your end!

I am unable to replicate the issue on my test site. Could you please try disabling all plugins that potentially alter product fields?

For example:

• Perfect Brands WooCommerce: by QuadLayers
• Product Categories Designs for WooCommerce: by WP OnlineSupport
• Variation Swatches for WooCommerce: by Emran Ahmed
• WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce: by WPClever

If the issue persists, what happens when only WooCommerce core and Facebook integration are active and the current theme is temporarily set to a default theme, such as?Storefront? Does this resolve the issue?

If so, it indicates a theme/plugin conflict and you can identify the culprit by reactivating your plugins one at a time until you start to see the error again

We recommend using the free?Health Check?plugin which allows you to deactivate plugins and change the theme while still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site or making direct changes to your live site.

I have managed to solve the issue by following the recommended steps above and disable all the plugins then enable them one by one till I found the root cause of the issue. Now everything is working fine!

Few days ago I made a post where I said other shop has problems with high CPU usage. Now this in other store. In both threads the reply is “disable other plugin1!11 coz they’re bad”. Serious question, are you hiring interns only?
