Edit Profile Getting Cut off, No Save Option

Hi! I’m facing an issue with user profiles in WordPress/bbPress. When a user logs in and then goes to their profile by clicking on their name on the right side once logged in and selects “Edit” they are only seeing a small portion of the fields available. Additionally there is no save button that is generating. A “Read more” option displays but when clicked offers no additional fields.

It’s driving me crazy as I have a second site with a different theme that is working fine. I’m trying to see if some of you more tech savvy gentlemen/ladies can take a look and point me in the direction of what’s cutting this off and preventing the save button from displaying.
