Edit profile member bug

Hello
I have pasted the profile shortcode in the text, but when a user logged in click on the settings wheel to change the profile happens that is redirected to the homepage. I noticed that the link on the edit function has stored another user and in fact if I loggo to the other party works. How do you restore the function for changing Profile link? I think it’s a bug … thanks
