    Hi,

When WooCommerce is activated on my website, the Edit Profile page (/wp-admin/profile.php) is no more accessible.

I have subscribers who need to access to this Edit Profile Page.

Detail : When I click on the button directing to this page (or if I type manually its URL), it redirects to the homepage of the site instead of the Edit Profile.

I have checked WC settings. I have considered to deal with [woocommerce_my_account] and adding URL suffixes /wp-admin/profile.php but nothing works.

If I deactivate WC, the problem disappears.

How to simply get back this ‘Edit profile Page’ without using the “WC My Account” page ? I’m pretty sure it’s not a big deal to solve that problem.

    Thank you for your assistance,
    Regards,
    Law

    Hi @laucoste

Typically issues like this are caused by a theme or plugin conflict. Here we support our WooCommerce core and make sure it’s working as expected.

As a starting point and to ensure that’s the case, we’ll recommend you to try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the problem.

If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

Here is a link that better outlines that process:

    Hi,

The classic solution of uninstall then reinstall is not the best…

I’ve found that snippet that does what I need : “woocommerce-disable-my-account”

    regards,
