Edit Related Posts Not Showing Post Excerpt

The thing is, we are aware of the current problem we have with our plugin and are already working on a fix! We are sincerely sorry for any inconveniences that we might have caused, but we are also eager to get them sorted ASAP!

Just out of curiosity, any estimated timeline for the fix? Roughly of course, I know there’s no way you can promise anything.

Well, to be completely honest with you, we just made a version bump last week, which probably means that the next update should be scheduled sometime in 2-3 weeks.

Hope we won’t let you suffer for too long! Bear with us!

Any word on this front yet? I’ve seen a few new updates, but nothing that fixes this problem.

Hey Elise, sorry for not replying any sooner, but I’m afraid to say that this still hasn’t been addressed, not until now at least.

I’m pushing this support ticket forward as we speak, which will hopefully bring some more news regarding this matter, but I’m sorry that I cannot give you any time frame on when this will happen. I really hope it’ll be sooner than latter!

I will try to get back to you in the following days though, when I’ll have a chat with our engineers and hopefully this will give us some more insight about this whole thing.

Hey Joel,

all I can tell you is, that it will happen. When? Well that’s the problematic part as you have already noticed. It seems that every time we try to resolve this, a different issue pops up. But it is finally being dealt with proper care, so if it is not going to be implemented in the next release, it will be definitely in the one after.

Thanks Joel. Who knows maybe your recent revival of this thread brought the problem to their attention again.
