Edit return address?

    Hi,

    Where can I edit which return address appears on the printed shipping label? I know where I can edit the address for my shop, but my shipping label has my business name, followed by my first name, followed by the address.

    I would like to remove my first name from the return address, but cannot see where this is coming from.

    The name that appears on the shipping label comes from your WordPress.com account. Can you please go to WordPress.com > My Profile and change your name there to see if that helps?

    I do not have my first name entered anywhere on the WordPress.com My Profile page.

    The free WooCommerece plugin does not include any mailing label functionality. If you’re using a third-party plugin to add that functionality, we’d suggest contacting the support services or forum for the mailing label plugin which you’re using.

    The shipping label generated (via this plugin) has my name as the second line and I’m trying to figure out where I can remove it.

    Apologies for the confusion as I’ve overlooked this.

    Are you referring to the name under the Origin Address here?

    You can remove it prior to printing the shipping label or as suggested by Maykato above. you can update the name under your Profile page.

    Yes, that’s it. I feel silly now. I wasn’t even looking at the dropdown for the return address. It had prefilled with information…including my name. It’s resolved now.
