Edit Role Permission to Include Only Specific Plugins Access

Hi,

I want to make the settings for only certain plugins available to the Author role, or create a custom role that has the same permissions as Author plus the ability to edit settings for certain plugins. I have seen plugins that allow you to edit roles, and create new roles, but they only let you control the plugins permissions as “all or nothing”. I’m hoping that is something more granular, or some custom code that I can use.
