Edit Shipping Email

    Love the plugin! But I did run into a problem.

    I was able to edit and customize all of my emails, except for the shipping email. It doesn’t appear in the “email type” drop down menu. Will there be an update in the near future allowing this? The plugin is nearly perfect, just wish to be able to edit the shipping email since it is a frequently used customer email.

    Hey,
    This plugin includes all of the core woocommerce emails. There isn’t a shipping email as part of core woocommerce. If you can tell me what plugin you are using that is adding that shipping email I would be happy to look into supporting it.

    I’m not 100% sure, but I believe that the shipping email was already included when I downloaded the woocommerce app. Could it be that woocommerce added it as a core email not too long ago with an update? All the emails appear available to edit except for that one. It is very strange :b

    Well you can see from the templates here that there is no “shipping” email template: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/tree/master/templates/emails

    Can you send me a screenshot of what this email looks like?

    What plugin are you adding for shipping with woocommerce?

    You’re absolutely correct, I am sorry for the confusion.

    I am using a plugin called “Alidropship” which I am pretty sure is adding this shipping email functionality.

    Where can I send you a screenshot of this email?
