Edit Shortcode—Can’t select skin, style or start date

    I’m having an issue on the Edit Shortcode page. I’m unable to select Skin, Style or Start Date from the drop downs. The options in the drop down list appear for a short second on page load, and then they go blank and I can’t select anything. I’d like to use the Modern style of the list view for this shortcode.

    Hello,

    Please use the latest version and then hard refresh shortcode page,
    We add a visually skins of the shortcodes to MEC.
    If your issue not solved yet, please do steps below:

    For troubleshooting, deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.

    Thank you for the update. I’ve updated the plugin, cleared server and browser cache, tried different browsers, but am still having the same issue.

    When I inspect the dropdown elements in Chrome I can see that something is adding display:none to them, eg.:<div class=”nice-select mec-col-4 wn-mec-select” tabindex=”0″ style=”display: none;”>.

    If I uncheck display:none in the Chrome Inspector styles panel I’m able to see and select the skin and style.

    It is likely a theme or plugin conflict but I don’t have time to deactivate everything to investigate further at this point. I will let you know if I identify it.
