    Hi

Thank you for a great plugin.

I’m getting this error when I inspect the page, after I click on Edit Slide buttons

Any idea what may be causing this? And how to fix?

    Thank you!

  • Hi Darryl ??

It sounds like it could be a plugin conflict? Are all the plugins up-to-date? If you try deactivating all the other plugins, one by one, then retesting after each one is deactivated to see where the conflict lies. Also, it could be the theme as well, please make sure the theme is up-to-date and try deactivating the theme to see if you can edit a slider item if the theme is deactivated.

Please let me know if that helps!

Thanks, followed the suggested action and I’ve narrowed it down to a conflict with https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tabs-responsive/

I’ve contacted Tabs Responsive as well for feedback.

    Hi @darryl ??

Please let me know how you go on, in the mean time I’ve installed their latest version of the plugin on a test site and I’m not experiencing the same issue.

Are you on the latest version of WP and all the plugins? I am using a default WordPress theme, so I’m not sure if that’s a contributing factor.

    Thanks

Will do, I have not heard anything from Tabs Responsive yet. I can workaround for now by disabling the Tabs plugin making my changes and then re-enabling Tabs Responsive again.

I have latest WP, using Storefront with a child theme.
