    How can I edit the colour of the rendered table when using the op-overview shortcode?

    The default mid-grey of the table cells containing the days does not match the site I am working on.

    Which CSS value do I need to edit?

    The Plugin does not provide styles for tables (except open/closed red/green colors) so it will be displayed like default table styles in your theme. You can however have a look at the classes in in your Browsers element inspector and then add custom CSS.
