edit task permission Setting

  • I have set the “Allow co-workers to edit tasks” to disable, i assumed this would disable the ability of an assigned user to edit the task “content” this includes the status, I also assumed that this would not permit the assigned user from creating new tasks in the project. However it seems both of these are happening.

    is this the intended behavior? i need to set tasks from a “manager” that are compelted by a end user and the task is only marked as complete or in progress by the manager who is checking hte content of an attached file. I like this plugin as the attaching files in comments is very useful.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible for now to not permit assigned user (co-workers) to change status if allow co-workers to edit task setting is disable. Also, it is not possible for co-workers to not permit to create task if setting is disable.
