Go to /wp-content/plugins/wp-customer-reviews/include/templates

There is html files.

Change there all what you need, then Deactive/Active plugin and all will be okey.

Keep in mind you will lose any changes to that file on upgrade to a new version. We plan on having customization templates in the upcoming version.

I changed these files while the plugin was deactivated – didn’t worked. So I tried while the plugin was activated and still nothing happens.

Is it impossible to change language?

Language support is not currently built in, but you can edit the HTML files at /wp-content/plugins/wp-customer-reviews/include/templates. After changing, deactivate then re-activate. Just keep in mind your changes will get lost if you upgrade.

I only need to show rating. How can I do that? Custom query is not showing rating or reviews.
