Edit Term Name – error “Term already exists”

    Hello, I have frontend ACF forms to create and edit taxonomies, with title and several custom fields.
    All of them work great but I found a weird issue when editing existing taxonomies:
    – if I change name of the taxonomy, everything goes well
    – if I leave the current name and I only change other data, I cannot save changes because I get the message “Term already exists”.
    How can I make term titles editable without “being obligated” to change them every time I have to edit a taxonomy?
