    Hi Mike!

I’m using the woocommerce plugin. Most of my clients purchase bundled packages of prepaid job campaigns. When they go to use their pre-purchased campaigns, the ‘select a package’ page confuses them, because the radio buttons for the packages they already purchased are at the bottom of the page, whereas the options to buy NEW campaigns are at the top. Very often they accidentally select the new campaign option, thinking it’s a prepaid campaign they already bought, and then get angry at the system for not being intuitive.

How can I edit this page, so that the prepaid packages are at the TOP and the new un-paid options are at the bottom? I think that will solve my problem.

    Thanks!

You can edit the template inside the plugin for now – I’m going to change the default layout in the next update as you suggested.

    Thanks

Okay, thanks! Maybe I’ll just wait for that, then… I’m afraid I’ll break something beyond repair. ?? Do you have any notion when you’ll have your next update?

Thanks! It didn’t automatically default to the new layout after updating the plugin. Is there a setting I need to toggle?

No, its default. Unless the theme has an override?

Hmmm. I’m using the jobify theme. I’ll swap themes and see if it defaults correctly with another one.

yup. it’s the theme. the jobify theme must have an override. okay, thanks, i’ll solve it with the theme author. =)

    Quick update, and another question:

    * Works now! Theme author removed the override. =)

    * The radio button auto-sets at the first of the un-purchased options on the page; how can I have the radio button set to the first of the purchased options instead?

My clients aren’t noticing that the radio button isn’t indicating the purchased package, and the same user-error problem still persists as before the change.

    Thanks!!
