That post refers to using the display:none rule in CSS to hide the text. How can I edit the text?

Edit: I am guessing it is in the PHP somewhere – am hoping one of the developers can point me in the right direction ??

If you login, go to appearance ==> Homepage ==> Circle Icon Edit ??
