• Hi! How can I edit the rooms page?

I created a page where I created multiple sections, as well as the rooms shortcode but the default Rooms page settings override mine and I can’t edit it. Because of that, I created another page with the same content as the first one and set the rooms menu link to this page. When I click the “rooms”, it redirects me to the second page but there’s no pagination (I only set 6 rooms in the shortcode’s settings, and there are 12 rooms as of now).

I can create pagination but I have to create a subpage of the latter and it’s a hassle for me because I have to repeat the same process that I did with the parent page. I want the same function as the default “rooms” page where page 2 will redirect to “example.com/rooms/page/2” and the other content will be shown.

    How can I do this?

    Hi

It’s impossible to use the same url /rooms for your page. It has to be a different Url. Rooms page is generated by WP Hotel Booking so that you can’t use the same function for a normal page. You can completely create room detail pages by shortcodes but you can’t show all rooms in a Rooms page.

    Hi!

Thanks for the reply. Actually, I did that. I created a /room page, added the shortcode for the rooms using Thim HB Rooms and I want to set pagination but I can’t make it work. I tried adding pagination=yes to the shortcode but it’s not working either

I can think of one solution, and that is hacking the room php file/s that plugin produce, but I think this is the last resort. Is there any way that I could add pagination function to the shortcode, and perhaps disable the /rooms?
