Edit Theme Editor

  • I want to edit my side bar and my footer, because I want to put my banner. But, I cant edit it. I cant see any submit sign in my theme editor page. I tried to chmod my wp-content/admin and turn the number to 777, still didnt work.
    Are there anybody can give me some help here?Thanks
