Edit theme homepage

  • Hi, I need to edit the portfolio section of the SpicePress Dark theme which has three elements by default while I would like six. Where can I find the file to modify? Thank you.

    Thanks for contacting to us. This feature is available in our premium theme for adding more elements to the portfolio section. If you want to add more element in lite theme by editing in the code . For this you need to edit in the spicepress-portfolio-section.php file which is located inside the Spicebox plugin folder >> inc\spicepress\sections folder and find the file.

    Thanks for the response, I was able to add more blocks. I have two more questions:

    1. Can I edit the new blocks directly from wordpress? (Currently I can only edit the first three, i.e. the ones provided by the template).
    2. If it is not possible to edit the new blocks through the cms, how is it possible to do so?

    Adding new field in CMS for editing blocks required much code customization. Beyond the scope of theme support.
