    It’s possible that particular editor is disabled in wp-config.php or by a plugin.

    However, you can access that file via FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).

    Try deactivating the Jetpack custom CSS module temporarily and see if the Editor menu comes back.
