Edit thumb – not working since last update

    Editing a single gallery, the -edit thumb- option under every single picture does not work anymore since the last update. It is not possible to choose an image area anymore.

    Hi @residevil,

    We are sorry for the inconveniences created. This was a valid issue that got fixed within the yesterday’s NGG 3.17 version’s release so we hope that you wouldn’t mind double checking to see if that’s the plugin version you are using.

    Also to mention that it may worth reinstalling the plugin just in case that updating doesn’t help.

    I have the same problem, NGG 3.17 and WordPress 5.8.1. Already deleted and reinstalled the plugin

    I have NextGEN Gallery 3.18 and NextGEN Pro 3.8 installed and get this issue.
    None of the options are working: View, Meta, Edit thumb, Rotate.
    I get the modal pop up but it’s empty.
    Has this broken in the latest releases? If so can I download earlier versions?
