Edit title and post content on frontend

I believe with this, you’re going to need to utilize one of the hooks available to intercept the submission of the form overall, and use the appropriate WordPress functions to update the post and the correct fields. You’d also need to find a way to grab the post being edited so that you could populate the fields with the right content.
