Edit User Info

Hello dear support!
I have created a registration form where I ask users for some extra data for their registration, I need to be able to edit that data once the user is already registered.

For example:
In which province do you want to play?: The user marks X
Once the user registers we talk to him and he decides that he wants to play in province W, how can we edit that manually?
