On our site, we list the profiles for users that may or may not be “tech savvy” enough to be able to add/edit their own user profiles (I know, it’s kinda sad). Is it possible, as an admin user, or a user with the proper permissions to edit a user profile? I’ve tried going to a user profile, adding “?um_action=edit” to the URL…this and other attempts don’t work. Also, in the main WordPress user edit form, the Ultimate User fields don’t show up there, nor am I able to edit the profile photo. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

    Hi @bradeja

Ensure that the account that you’re using to edit a profile has permission to edit other profiles.

Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > User Roles > Edit the Role of your account > See “Administrative Permissions” section > Can edit other member accounts?

    Regards.
