Hi, Thank you for this wonderful builder and i use it on every single site i build.

I noticed on one of the websites, when i am as shop manager the edit with elementor icon becomes E813 and when switching back to Administrator it becomes normal again. Whats the cause?

I tried deactivating all other plugins, changing theme, tried different browsers and didnt work, note I use Hello Elementor as theme. Also i tried Elementor > Settings Disabled Google fonts, eanbled Load Font Awesome 4 with no avail. Also tried Elementor > Tools > Regenerate Files and Data, also Sync Library. No avail.

not a big deal just irritating not finding whats the cause and how to solve it.

    Hi, @stivenson2005.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we’re glad you’re enjoying Elementor!

I apologize as I’m not sure I quite understand the issue. Can you possibly record a brief screencast or share screenshots with us so that we can better guide you towards a resolution?

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hi and thank you so much for your reply.

Sorry probably wasn’t clear nor easy to explain what I meant. But here are two screenshots.

One you will see the Elementor logo is present at the Edit with Elementor button/link, and the other one there is no logo.

The one that works as intended/shows the logo is with full admin rights (Administrator), while the one with no logo is a Shop Manager role.

Thank you for your time and support.

    Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us and for great feedback.

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features

Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:

    • Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading – but you can override this.
    • Inline Font Icons?– This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance

I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Kind regards,

Hi and thank you for your tips and feedback.

I have already tried with disabling everything else except Elementor but this didn’t help, now i tried to switch to Twenty Twenty Five theme, same thing, and the same for Storefront.

Disabling the Element Caching did not work for me.

However disabling the Inline Fonts Icons did the trick and now I got back the Elementor icon. So thank you so much for pointing this out. And keep the awesome work, the best wordpress builder out there :).
