    Hi @luchomatic

I’m positive that my plugin does not remove any existing menus.
However, I do know that in case there are many menu items in the toolbar they tend to go to the second row.. which is a bit of a bad UI issue from the WP core toolbar. Could it be that this is the issue? Do you have an full example screenshot of the toolbar with VAA enabled?

I do not own or work with either Elementor nor BuddyBoss so cannot test this locally.

    Cheers, Jory

Hi! Thanks for the quick answer

Here’s the screenshot, the cursor doesn’t show on but I’m hovering over “Edit with Elementor”, and when your plugin is enabled then it doesn’t show the dropdown from my initial message screenshot.

Is not the end of the world, just wanted to communicate it

Thank you for the screenshot. I did some debugging and went through the Elementor (free) code.
It looks like this is a minor Elementor dependency bug that will surface on specific occasions where other plugins have a dependency on the WP core admin bar script. I’ll try to explain it as simple as I can.

The script of this plugin (View Admin As) relies on both jquery and admin-bar scripts provided by WordPress core. I also define these scripts (or “handles”) in the dependencies for my script as I should. WordPress core will then automatically ensure that my script will be loaded *after* these dependencies.

It appears that Elementor did and override on how the WP core admin-bar is registered. This can be seen in their plugin file “elementor\modules\admin-bar\module.php”: Module::enqueue_scripts().
There they deregister the default WP admin-bar script and register it modified afterwards.
I’m not sure about the reason for this but apparently this method does not allow other plugins to set a dependency on this core script, which I simply cannot omit from my plugin.
Please contact their support about this issue and feel free to link them to this topic for further explanations.
