edit with empower wp (customize not edit)

hi, I have some problems with my empowerWP, on my homepage, when I edit it I see the social logos at the top right but they are not visible on the published homepage, another problem, on every page if I try to click on edit with empowerWP it continues with the classic loading screen (blue wheel with Please wait written underneath, this might take a little while) but nothing to do to edit the page.
