Edit Your Information – wrong data

Hi all,
everything works perfect besides how the data are displayed in user profile. During registration user needs to provide username, first name, last name, address and phone number. Account needs to be approved by administrator. After registration user can edit their details but form does not show user first name and all other information are displayed one field lower that they should. There is no field for first name, no first name, just the label.
