edit_published_posts ON : unable to edit comments

  • I have a question,

    Until yesterday, user role AUTHORS were able to edit their own posts/comments without any trouble.
    But after doing some maintenances, authors cannot edit their comments, while they still can edit their own posts.

    What I did during the maintenance,
    1. installed Scribe SEO plugin, removed via FTP after doing some test.
    2. Disabled topic lock after 14 days option in the admin panel, and then recovered.

    I think there’s some problem or some change in the edit_published_posts parameter setting , but cannot solve the problem. Can anybody help me out?

    Plus, I’m currently using user role editor plugin.
