edit_user problem

Hi, I need to set a role as low as the Subscriber but with the “edit_user” capability, so I create a new user same as Subscriber and I added the “edit_user” capability…problem is that now this new role can also edit the Administrator and I don’t want that…is there any way to avoid this?
