    I followed the instructions for adding background color code to your contact form. When people contact us, the form sections turn black while they are typing and then turn white once they’ve moved on. I was hoping to keep the field black because the text gets lost once they’ve typed something.

    Well… I added it to the CSS and the child theme CSS and nothing. SO, I clicked edit on the plugin and added it there and now my site is down. I’m in the control panel but I can’t figure out which file it is that I added it to from the back end and I can’t get into the file from the dashboard. ??

    I got that issue fixed. I found the code. I went to your documents on customizing the forms.

    Basically what I need is for the form to not have a white background after typing into the text fields. they are black while you’re typing with white font and then turn white when you move onto the next field.

    What can I do?
