Edited labels are being saved as separate forms

Hello, thanks for this great plugin. I encountered an issue where if I change the labels of the ‘edit user’ form, all fields within that form will get saved to separate forms. Is this supposed to happen or can I avoid it? Thanks in advance.

If I change some labels within the edit user profile form and then save the form. All fields within that form are getting saved as separate new form.. Hope this clarifies the issue.
