Editing a WP touch mobile version

Hi, I am actually trying to figure out how to do a mobile version, simply.

The first step to transfer my desktop theme (all working website) on my mobile one, is to
save a copy of my desktop theme’s template file inside my newly copied child theme’s /default/ directory.

Where do I find those files ? And how to I do this ?
