Editing additonal pages – Noob needs help

Ok so I downloaded a template for a blog and I’ve edited the css file to the format I want it in. However, it has two links when I go to the page: Home and About… I can’t figure out how to get to the About page through my theme editor… how do I go about doing this.

In the source code of the page it looks something like this:
