editing appountment form

I’d like to edit the booking form to add a text box under one of the services (Repair Jobs) to allow the customer to specify what type of repair they need.

I’d also like to remove the Leave a Message text box from the booking summary page of the Booking appointment form.

We don’t have an option for that, you could use a CSS rule to hide it.

Finally, I’d like to edit a button from saying Reschedule to Change Booking.

thank you, you’ve been of great help. I have 2 more questions to ask:

1. Where do I add the css rule for it to be effective for the “Leave a message@ text box on the Booking Summary page to be hidden?
2. Can additional buttons be added to the form? for example I’d like to add a new button ‘CANCEL BOOKING’ next to?‘SAVE BOOKING’ on the booking form which will remove the previous booking completely off the calendar.
