editing bio photo

I have the activitypub plugin installed on a self-hosted WordPress site and everything is working. It’s amazing, actually. My issue is when I view it in Mastodon, the bio image is the standard WordPress ‘W’ and I can’t seem to find where to change this. I realize this isn’t an issue with the plugin, but I can’t seem to figure out where to change this. Thanks in advance.
