    Hi,

I’m a newbie implementer and not a developer so my skill set is limited. My question is, what tools are available to help me et the blog category summary page:

    https://dev.we-impact.com/category/fashion/

To look like the main blog summary page:

    https://dev.we-impact.com/blog/

I’m working with a custom theme that was created by a former developer who is no longer available. I’m not able to find anything through my dashboard, post grid, or visual composer that would allow me to edit the blog category summary page.

Is this a case where I have to learn PHP and CSS and edit the archive.php file? Or is there drag-and-drog composer solution that could help?

OK, so I did some research and found my own answer. Turns out the theme I’m using is a commercial theme called Verko that a prior developer customized and called it his own before selling it to me. I contacted the original theme author and they said the blog archive page (i.e. the page you get when you click on a blog category link) cannot be customized and implemented globally on the site. So in order to get the blog category page to look like the blog summary page, I have to create individual pages for each blog category then create a widget with links to each category page to include in my right navigation bar.

Not a very elegant solution – easy fix, but time consuming especially as the number of categories increase.
