Editing bookings made

Once a booking has been made by a customer, is there anyway to edit it? I have had some bookings come through, but have the need to add further information or to correct certain aspects after discussion with customer. I know bookings can be manually made, so the only work round i have found is to create a new booking manually copying any details and then deleting the one the customer has made. It would be much simpler to be able to directly edit a booking as necessary.
You mentioned in a previous response you were looking at changing the appointment form view to enable the persons name to be a column heading as well as email which would be more useful. Is this going to be happening anytime soon?
