Editing boxes

Have created a several boxes. Fine. But one has a box title colour that I want to get back to the default. Unfortunately, I cannot manage to get it. I seem to be stuck with a red colour.
I have tried to start again, but the ‘box dialogue’ remembers what I did last time – it doesn’t revert to default.
