Editing Category names

Hi,

I’m trying to edit the category names as well as assigning parent category to existing categories. I know how to make category in Edit Post page, but I can’t find a way to edit the existing categories. I looked through all the pages in Admin but I can’t find any. Am I missing something?? I suppose that a lot of people change their minds of category names, no? Please let me know. Thanks!
