Editing Comments Section

  • Is there any way I can edit the comments section of my blog to make it less bulky?

    It currently takes up the whole screen with categories like ‘Email’ and ‘Website’ – I’d prefer it if I could get rid of them two and just have ‘Name’ and ‘Comment’.

    Also, I’d like to get rid of the section just before the ‘Post Comment’ button – the whole HTML tags and attributes jargon – is that possible?

  • In your theme folder will be probably comments.php so you can edit it and as well for allowed tags there.

    Allowed tags you can as well not display with CSS adding:
    .form-allowed-tags { display: none; }
