    We have been using LearnPress for a while now and went in to tweak the email templates users receive. However after doing some basic text editing, all of the styling and colored boxes that made the default emails pretty are no longer working. The header and footer tags are not bringing in any styling anymore and the email our enrolled user gets does not match what we have in the LearnPress email settings. Please help. The emails used to have a nice colored in box and words. Now they just look like this and this is not even the correct wording that we edited in the settings:

    We noticed that you are using the feature to assign courses to WooCommerce products. We created an account and purchased a product as shown in this screenshot. Since the order is not yet completed, the enrollment email you described hasn’t been sent to us.

    Please complete the WooCommerce order so that the enrollment email is triggered. Once we receive the email, we will be able to review it and provide further assistance.

    We have thoroughly tested various scenarios and used the text provided in your screenshot, but we haven’t been able to replicate the issue you described.

    To help us better diagnose the problem, could you please take a screenshot of the content in the “Text” tab of the email editor, similar to this example?

    Additionally, please try the following steps:

    Switch to the default theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four) and deactivate all plugins except LearnPress.
    Test the email functionality again to see if the issue persists.
    If the problem still occurs, please let us know so we can investigate further and provide a more accurate solution.

    The issue is the way the user email looks when received. It does not look the way that you are showing in your screenshot. It comes out looking like this: https://fpspimart.org/user-received-email.jpg. I did post the screenshot of the content in the “Text” tab of the email editor above, however I will post it again here for quick reference: https://fpspimart.org/screenshot.jpg

    So again the issue is that once the order has been placed and completed. The email that the user receives does not have the formatting with the color header or anything. It is just plain text as shown above.

    Thank you, I will do as you request. However please note that you will need to test this out on our site to see what I am describing. In your example test above it is not from our website. However, I do see that you placed a test order on August 6, 2024 @ 9:24 pm and you did confirm then that the email is displaying without the formatting as I described.
