Hey, Anders I’m a fan of your work.

Recently I found a bug relating to group, row, and column blocks. The bug triggered if I tried to configure the aforementioned blocks’ style. It says “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.” Here’s an image reference https://imgur.com/a/CnK2xkP

    WP 6.6.1, Gutenberg 18.9.0

Thank you for this beautiful theme.

Hey @franz00! I’m glad you like it.

Beaumont doesn’t interact directly with the editor functionality, so it’s unlikely the bug is directly connected to the theme. My best guess is that it’s either a bug in Gutenberg or (more likely) some other plugin you have installed.

You can try disabling your active plugins one by one to see if any of them are causing it. You can also try temporarily switching to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme to see if the issue occurs there as well.

    Good day, Anders.

I appreciate your suggestion. You’re right, the problem only appears if the Gutenberg was active. But it is also peculiar because it doesn’t happen to every theme. For example, it affected all your themes, Blockify, and Moog themes, but not Ollie, Powder, and WP.com’s themes.

I’ll try to open an issue for this in the Gutenberg GitHub.

    Again, thank you.

Update: the problem disappeared in Gutenberg 19.0.0 RC1.
