• Hi.

I’ll be on safari in Africa for several months, starting later this year. I’ll be bushcamping most of the time so not within a lion’s roar of a wifi signal.

I’d like to be able to compose blogs on my Chromebook, offline of course, with photos etc and all formatting done. Then I would like to upload blog or blogs when I get near a decent wifi signal

I was thinking of using google docs and then copying and pasting the resultant text, with photos and videos, into Gutenburg.

Photos and videos might be a bit tricky as they use a lot of data and most WiFi is quite slow in the places I’ll be visiting. Also, they will quite likely cap the amount of data I can send.

I thought I might upload them to Smugmug and then use their links to embed media into G Docs before uploading the whole caboodle to Gutenberg.

Would this work? Would formatting, photo positioning etc stay the same.

Can anyone suggest a better alternative?

    Thanks

    Brian
